60+ VIP Programme Benefits On behalf of The HWP Group, I am pleased to welcome you to the 60+ VIP Programme. This Programme was designed with you in mind and we hope that you will benefit from the additional services and benefits that we are able to offer.

In order for you to get the most out of the Programme, we have put together a list of the current benefits and guidelines for use. We are offering a range of additional services, discounts and benefits across all divisions of The HWP Group and we intend to add other benefits and additional companies as the Programme develops.

Some of these benefits may change from time-to-time so it is important to sign-up for your choice of the electronic or print newsletter thereby allowing us to keep you informed of any additional benefits or changes. Of course, please be assured that we will not share your personal information with anyone outside of HWP or our authorised representatives. The benefits of the 60+ VIP Programme include:

60+ VIP Guidelines

The following guidelines are intended for you to get the most out of the Programme. Again, we must emphasise that these guidelines may change and of course, we will notify you if and when they do.

To sign up for the Programme, please call your Liaison Officer, Mrs. Lorna Taylor at 279 5007 or email at seniors@hwp.bm. She will set an appointment for you to come in and fill out the registration form. Please note that proof of age will be required and of course, don’t forget that our shuttle drivers will be more than happy to collect you and drop you back to anywhere in the City of Hamilton.
After registration you will be given a personalised HWP 60+ ID card. You will need to show the card in order to qualify for any discount or service. From time-to-time, you may also be asked to provide additional photo identification. If HWP discovers that the card is being used by persons other than the authorised registrant, HWP reserves the right to destroy the card and remove the registrant from the Programme. If you lose your card or it is stolen, please notify the Liaison Officer immediately and she will replace your card at no charge.
After registration, you will be given a voucher for $10 off your next fuel purchase which is valid only at either our East Broadway Shell Service Station or St. John’s Road Shell Station. This voucher is not valid at any other Shell station. The voucher is only valid for six months and must be presented to the attendant in order to receive the free $10 of fuel.
All of the discounts offered cannot be used in addition to any other advertised special or promotion by the HWP Group.
The 5% discount offered for automotive or cycle parts is only good for HWP authorised manufacturers parts. It is not applicable to other parts such as tyres or batteries. Your Liaison Officer can explain in detail what parts will be discounted.
The 5% discount on automotiove and cycle parts is only valid with parts used during a scheduled repair or service and does not include parts purchased over-the-counter from our parts department.
Our free shuttle service can pick you up anywhere in the City of Hamilton to bring you to or take you from our St. John’s Road Premier Transportation Centre, our Bakery Lane showrooms or HomeZone located on Serpentine Road. To arrange a pick-up or drop-off time, please contact your Liaison Officer at 279 5007.
To book a preferred appointment time with the Automotive Mechanical Repair, the Automotive Body Shop or Cycle Service, please call your Liaison Officer Mrs. Lorna Taylor at 279 5007 or email at seniors@hwp.bm.
If you wish your vehicle to be taken to TCD for it’s annual inspection, again please call or email Mrs Taylor to make an appointment.
The 5% discount offered at HomeZone is valid for all manufacturers and appliances that HomeZone sells. The reduced call out fee of $50 is for home appliance service calls and does not include any additional labour charges or parts.
To receive your free coffee or tea, simply spend at least $30 in fuel or on in-store purchases, or a combination of both, at the Shell Convenience Shops at East Broadway or St. John’s Road. You will be required to present your HWP 60+ card.
